Ariel K. Grossman, M.S.

Chief Operating Officer

Ariel K. Grossman serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation, helping lead the Foundation’s day-to-day operations, partner engagement, communications, and mission execution. FEHSF lists Ariel K. Grossman as Chief Operating Officer on its Executive Board.

In this role, Ariel helps ensure that FEHSF remains focused on its core purpose: providing rapid, compassionate support to law enforcement and national security professionals and their families during moments of crisis. FEHSF describes its mission as providing emergency financial support to federal agents, officers, and their families during line-of-duty injury or death, personal tragedy, financial hardship, and other urgent circumstances.

Ariel’s work reflects a strong commitment to operational coordination, relationship building, public-private partnership, and the Foundation’s ability to respond when families need help most. Public professional profiles identify Ariel with TAM-C Solutions and The George Washington University, and FEHSF-related public posts identify Ariel as Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation.

Ariel has also helped represent FEHSF’s voice publicly, including in connection with the Foundation’s expansion of its Board and its recognition of leaders who support law enforcement, homeland security, and public service. In a GovCon Wire article regarding FEHSF’s Ridge Awards, Ariel Grossman was identified as FEHSF’s Chief Operating Officer and quoted describing FEHSF as the “first financial responder” to law enforcement crises and emergencies.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ariel helps turn FEHSF’s mission into action: strengthening partnerships, supporting families, coordinating with leaders across the public and private sectors, and helping ensure that when tragedy strikes, support is already on the way.
