Roque R. Wicker

President, FEHSF West

Roque R. Wicker is President of FEHSF West and a longtime national security, counterterrorism, and critical infrastructure protection professional. He brings to the Foundation a deep background in public safety, military service, private-sector security, and support for those who serve on the front lines of national defense and homeland protection.

Mr. Wicker serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of C-T Watch, Inc., where he leads the company’s global operations and strategic vision. C-T Watch describes its leadership team as drawing from counterterrorism, intelligence, counterintelligence, special operations, cyber warfare, explosive ordnance disposal, investigations, law enforcement, military, and corporate security backgrounds.

A veteran of the United States Navy, Mr. Wicker served aboard the USS Camden and with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 3, later continuing his service as a reservist with EOD Mobile Unit 7. His professional background reflects a family tradition of service in U.S. national security and government.

Mr. Wicker has also been recognized for his contributions to critical infrastructure protection. C-T Watch reports that he was recognized by FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate and the FBI InfraGard National Members Alliance as the 2018 National Sector Chief of the Year for his work supporting the protection of U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources. He also serves as the Government Sector Chief for InfraGard Los Angeles.

As President of FEHSF West, Mr. Wicker helps extend the Foundation’s mission and reach across the western United States, strengthening relationships among law enforcement, national security professionals, private-sector leaders, and families in need. His work reflects FEHSF’s core promise: when tragedy strikes those who protect this nation, their families should never stand alone.
