Michal Grayevsky

Vice Chairman

Michal Grayevsky serves as Vice Chairman of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation and brings to FEHSF a distinguished career in media, strategic communications, diplomacy, business, and philanthropy. FEHSF lists Ms. Grayevsky as Vice Chairman on its Executive Board.

Ms. Grayevsky is President of JCS International, a global media company headquartered in New York City, and has more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of politics, business, diplomacy, and media. She also serves as a senior adviser to Ambassador Ronald S. Lauder, providing strategic guidance on media relationships and organizational communications.

Before joining JCS International, Ms. Grayevsky held senior leadership roles in Israeli media, including Deputy Chairman of the Board of Channel 10, where she chaired the Board’s Finance Committee, as well as Chairman of Nana 10 and Board Member of News Company. Earlier in her career, she spent more than two decades as a journalist with Yedioth Ahronoth, one of Israel’s most influential daily newspapers, where her investigative reporting exposed public corruption and helped drive political and human-rights reforms.

Her work also extends deeply into philanthropy, civic engagement, and global media initiatives. She has served on the Board of Directors of the UN Women for Peace Association and the International Academy, helped create the International Emmy’s Young Creatives Award, and has chaired the Award’s Judges Panel. In 2018, as President of JCS International, she presented the Young Creatives Award at the International Emmy World Television Festival, recognizing emerging creators whose work promoted peace.

Her ability to connect people, institutions, and missions strengthens FEHSF’s capacity to support law enforcement and national security professionals and their families when crisis strikes.
