Josh Fox serves as Vice Chairman of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation and brings to FEHSF a powerful combination of entrepreneurial leadership, philanthropy, business development, and deep personal commitment to charitable impact.
Mr. Fox is the Founder and Executive Director of The Brady Hunter Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to animal advocacy, wildlife protection, environmental responsibility, children’s causes, and support for vulnerable communities. Under his leadership, the Brady Hunter Foundation has grown into a broad charitable platform with more than 80 strategic partners and a footprint extending across more than a dozen countries.
A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Mr. Fox is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bottom Line Concepts, a performance-based cost-savings and consulting firm that helps businesses identify savings, recover refunds, and reinvest those resources back into their organizations. His work has centered on building teams, creating practical solutions, and helping companies use recovered value to strengthen both business performance and community impact.
Mr. Fox’s philanthropic leadership is grounded in action. Through The Brady Hunter Foundation, he has supported causes ranging from animal rescue and wildlife protection to food distribution, environmental cleanup, children’s programs, and direct charitable partnerships. He has also served on the boards of the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation and FEHSF, reflecting a broad commitment to protecting the vulnerable, supporting families, and responding when help is needed most.
As Vice Chairman of FEHSF, Mr. Fox helps strengthen the Foundation’s philanthropic reach, private-sector partnerships, and ability to respond quickly when law enforcement and national security professionals and their families face tragedy, hardship, injury, illness, or sudden loss.
His leadership reflects the heart of FEHSF’s mission: when those who protect our nation are in need, their families should never stand alone.
