Richard S. Kendall

Founder & Chairman

Richard S. Kendall is the Founder and Chairman of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation and a longtime leader at the intersection of national security, public safety, risk mitigation, and private-sector partnership.

For more than two decades, Mr. Kendall has worked with public and private organizations to solve complex problems, build trusted partnerships, and advance initiatives tied to security, intelligence, technology, and public service. He serves as Chairman of Impera Intelligence Group, a global risk mitigation, threat assessment, investigations, due diligence, cybersecurity, and technology firm whose core team includes former federal law enforcement and CIA professionals.

As Founder and Chairman of FEHSF, Mr. Kendall helped build a foundation dedicated to one urgent mission: standing beside law enforcement and national security professionals and their families when crisis strikes. Under his leadership, FEHSF has become known as a financial first responder, providing rapid emergency support to families facing line-of-duty tragedy, serious illness, sudden loss, natural disaster, and other overwhelming hardship.

Mr. Kendall’s work reflects a deep belief that those who protect this nation should never face tragedy alone. Through FEHSF, he has helped unite business leaders, public safety professionals, national security leaders, philanthropists, and private citizens behind a simple but powerful promise:

They have our backs. We have theirs.
